Xiaomi just introduced a new 5000mAh magnetic power bank at the 2025 Lei Jun Annual Speech event.
It works with both Xiaomi and Apple smartphones.
Xiaomi has confirmed that it’s fully compatible with the iPhone 17 lineup, which includes the iPhone 17, 17 Pro, 17 Pro Max, and iPhone Air.
Design
This power bank is super slim at just 6mm thick and weighs only 98 grams.
This design boosts energy density while keeping it lightweight.
Battery And Charging
It features a silicon-carbon anode battery cell that has 16% silicon content and a large area graphite sheet.
The rated capacity is 4900mAh (18.58Wh), and the typical capacity is 5000mAh (18.95Wh), with a USB-C output that can handle up to 22.5W.
For wireless charging, it supports 15W magnetic wireless fast charging.
You can charge two devices simultaneously using both wired and wireless methods.
It keeps powering devices even when plugged in.
The device has an aluminum alloy body with a semi-reflective logo and curved edges for a comfy grip.
The charging surface is made from fiberglass with an excimer spray coating that improves texture and heat resistance.
Supported Phone
Besides the latest iPhones, the Jinshajiang Power Bank is also compatible with older models down to the iPhone 14 series, which includes the iPhone 14, 14 Plus, 14 Pro, and 14 Pro Max.
It works with Xiaomi’s newest phones too, like the Xiaomi 17 series, Mix Flip 2, Mix Fold 4, and 15 series.
Xiaomi has packed in ten layers of safety protection, covering overcharging, overheating, short circuits, and foreign object detection.
It meets the 2025 CCC certification standards, ensuring it complies with the latest safety regulations in China.
Plus,the company confirmed that it’s safe to take on flights.
This new gadget, called the Jinshajiang Power Bank, is priced at 299 yuan ($42).
