Samsung Electronics has just rolled out One UI 8, a versatile AI platform that will hit Galaxy devices, kicking off with the Galaxy S25 series.

This platform will also make its way to the Galaxy S24 series, Galaxy Z Fold6, Galaxy Z Flip6, Galaxy S24 FE, and other compatible models later this year.

One UI 8 brings tailored suggestions that cater to each user’s unique daily habits, blending cutting edge personalisation tools with top notch security features.

It comes with the Now Bar, Now Brief, Knox Enhanced Encrypted Protection (KEEP), Knox Matrix, and improved Secure Wi-Fi that uses post quantum cryptography (PQC).

One UI 8 delivers experiences that are specifically designed for each user’s preferences, making everyday tasks a breeze.

It allows for seamless, natural interactions with AI that understands what the user is looking at or experiencing in real time, all without needing to switch between apps.

Circle to Search with UI 8 offers real time gaming assistance when users circle anything on the screen while playing, giving them more details about characters and strategies to help them find their way to the precise location in the game.

The AI Results View keeps the original content of AI features intact by showing them in a unique Split View or Floating View.

With tools like Writing Assist and Drawing Assist, the creative process becomes even smoother, and Multi Window allows users to easily drag and drop AI generated content right into their workflow.

One UI 8 also comes with AI driven tools like Portrait Studio, which captures lively expressions of pets and creates artistic, studio quality pet portraits.

Users can communicate effortlessly in noisy settings with Call Captions, which quickly turns voices into text during calls, and keyboard inputs when using Interpreter, enabling users to translate their thoughts by typing.

One UI 8 marks a major advancement in AI accessibility, providing sophisticated multimodal AI features, an intuitive interface, and improved security options.
