On Friday, August 29, 2025, Reliance revealed the launch of JioFrames at its 48th Annual General Meeting.
Reliance announced that JioFrames will be able to support various Indian languages right from the start, thanks to Jio’s multilingual AI voice assistant.
This new product will be an AI-powered wearable platform and ecosystem, much like the RayBan Meta glasses.
“JioFrames integrates AI into your daily life in the most seamless way. Intelligence won’t just be in your pocket. it’ll be right in front of your eyes”, Jio stated.
JioFrames can summarize or explain text and books. It also helps with cooking and informs users about nearby landmarks.
JioFrames allows you to make calls, join meetings, and enjoy music or podcasts. It features built in open ear speakers for audio.
“With JioFrames, you can snap HD pics, shoot videos, or even go live, and everything gets saved right away in Jio AI Cloud, which is Jio’s cloud storage app”, the company mentioned.
