The AI chatbot Claude’s voice mode beta has been released by Anthropic AI. In the following weeks, the feature will be made available in English, the company announced on X.
The newest Claude Sonnet 4 model from Anthropic will power the voice assistant.

According to a corporate promotional video clip, customers could ask Claude to open Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Calendars in voice mode so they could see what meetings they had scheduled. It also can search the internet and alternate between voice and text at any time.
There will be five options available to users in Voice Mode.
In a blog post, the company stated that paying subscribers have “significantly higher” use limitations, Claude only allows 20–30 audio messages for free users. Additionally, voice mode access to Google apps is only available to Google Workspace users who have a subscription plan.
