The final league stage match of the ICC Women’s World Cup 2025 between India and Bangladesh was canceled because of heavy rain in Navi Mumbai on Sunday(October 26,2025).

India was chasing a revised target of 126 in a 27 over match and was doing well at 57/0 in 8.4 overs when another downpour led the umpires to call off the game.

Earlier, the Indian bowlers managed to limit Bangladesh to 119/9 in a rain affected match.

Sharmin Akhter was the top scorer for Bangladesh with 36 runs.

The left-arm spin duo of Sree Charani and Radha Yadav stood out among the Indian bowlers, taking two and three wickets respectively.

India has already secured a spot in the semifinals.
