The design breaks away from traditional scooter shapes, showcasing bigger 16-inch wheels that offer improved stability, along with a low step-through frame for easy access.

The goal of the n-First, which was developed in collaboration with the Italian design firm Wheelab.

It is to combine European design with Indian functionality in order to appeal to urban riders seeking something different from the usual electric scooters.

Battery

Under its stylish exterior, the n – First is driven by a PMSM mid-drive motor with chain transmission and is available in two battery options: 2.5 kWh and 3 kWh.

Numeros claims a certified range of up to 109 km (IDC) for the top model and 91 km for the lower ones.

Charging takes between five to eight hours, depending on the variant.

Real-world performance and battery longevity will be key for long-term acceptance, even though these numbers place it in line with other mid-range electric vehicles.

Features

Numeros aims to stand out is in durability and smart features.

The company asserts that the n – First has been rigorously tested in various environments – from the heat of Rajasthan to the chill of Himachal  – to guarantee reliability.

The scooter also comes with IoT-based connectivity features like theft alerts, remote locking, live location tracking, geo-fencing, and ride analytics via a dedicated mobile app.

Although the hardware and features align with expectations from a new EV brand, Numeros’ main hurdle is building consumer trust.

Numeros is still a minor player in a market that is becoming increasingly crowded with both well-known companies and aspirational startups, even after five years in the business.

Its previous model, the Diplos Max+, which launched just a few months ago, targeted commercial users, giving the brand some exposure but not yet the recognition needed for widespread adoption.

The n – First looks like it’s trying to shift the narrative by reaching out to a broader audience.

Its mix of practical range, budget-friendly pricing, and unique design makes it a compelling option in the entry-level EV market.
