Italy’s fearless and clinical batting secured their historic first T20 World Cup win, as a dominant chase left Nepal with no chance.

Italy and Nepal faced off in the ICC Men’s World Cup 2026 on Thursday (February 12, 2026), at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.

They achieved the target in just 12.4 overs, easily surpassing Nepal’s total with plenty of time to spare.
