The ChatGPT 1.2026.062 update is bringing a new feature that allows the app to retain your ongoing activity. This ensures you won’t lose your progress in a conversation or task easily.
Even if you switch apps or clear ChatGPT from recent memory, you’ll be able to return and continue right where you left off—making the experience smoother and more convenien
ChatGPT is also testing small updates to its image editing interface and sidebar, hinting at ongoing improvements to the app’s overall design and usability.
Additionally, the profile section has two new features – Fun fact and Generate bio.

The Fun Fact feature’s purpose is still unclear, while Generate bio will use AI to craft your bio. Both are not available yet.
Developers are still working on all the mentioned features, so it’s hard to predict if or when they will appear in the app’s stable version.
