Jammu’s Poonch region has been hit by the most artillery firing, resulting in 13 fatalities thus far.

After being killed by Pakistani shelling along the Line of Control (LoC) in the Poonch region of Jammu and Kashmir on Wednesday, Lance Naik Dinesh Kumar, 32, of the 5-Field Regiment, arrived in his hometown of Gulabad in Palwal, Haryana, on Thursday.

Along with Army officials and soldiers, a number of BJP ministers and party workers visited the home of victim Lance Naik Dinesh Kumar and expressed their sympathies to the family.

In addition to his wife Seema, an advocate, and two kids, Dinesh Kumar enlisted in the Army in 2014.

With five siblings, Dinesh Kumar was the oldest. The younger brothers of Dinesh Kumar, Kapil and Hardatt, are enrolled in the Agnipath program and are serving in the Indian Army. Vishnu, the youngest brother, is studying while the other brother assists their father in the fields.

My kid served his country and gave his life in the process. We won’t let his martyrdom be wasted. The father of Dinesh Kumar, Daya Chand, told reporters, “My two other sons are still serving for the nation, but my one son was martyred.”

Lately, Dinesh Kumar received a promotion to Lance Naik.

The Pakistan Army targeted the advanced area village in Jammu and Kashmir with heavy artillery and mortar firing, killing Lance Naik Dinesh and a number of other people. Following the Indian Armed Forces’ “Operation Sindoor,” which targeted terror camps in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir, the Pakistan Army took action. To date, 13 people have been killed in the Poonch area of Jammu, which has been subjected to the most artillery firing.
