It should be obvious that GTA 6 will be the most lifelike game ever made. Rockstar Games moved the release date up by one year, to May 26, 2026, to make this even more certain. Nonetheless, the CEO of Take-Two claimed that this delay was necessary to ensure the game was flawless.
With its dynamic weather system, interactive NPCs, and many other features, GTA 6 will undoubtedly be known for its realism. To further enhance realism, the game should also include a car refueling option.
The level of fervor that vehicle enthusiasts can have was demonstrated in Grand Theft Auto 5. In-game money is spent in large quantities by players to modify their vehicles. Thus, including a gas meter gauge in the game may increase their fixation on the virtual vehicle. Being replenished in the middle of a heist may be inconvenient, but that’s the reality. This is the kind of realistic portrayal that fans have always desired.

Players will develop a strong sense of ownership over their cars if they begin to worry about the fuel level, which will raise the level of immersion. It will also add a strategic element to the fans’ gameplay since they will have to make sure that everything is in order before a mission or heist, including weapons, ammunition, and yes, fuel.
Car modifications would become more severe if the refueling feature was also added.Since refueling will cost in-game currency, fans will be less inclined to modify their cars’ weight, parts, or any other element that could potentially increase mileage and fuel efficiency.
By adding interaction to the game’s fuel stations instead of simply blowing them up, this innovation would also increase the game’s level of player interaction. Not only that, but if the game adds a refueling feature, the entire NPC world surrounding you will be dependent on your fuel station, so if you are fortunate enough to own one, you can also consider it a worthy possession.
