Google has rolled out an updated version of their AI video model, Veo 3.

It features enhanced audiovisual quality and a more effective understanding of prompts.

The company also unveiled new features like detailed editing control for the AI filmmaking tool, Flow, which utilizes the Veo model.

Veo 3.1 will be available for Flow, the Gemini app, Vertex AI, and through Gemini APIs.

Users can provide multiple reference images with ‘Ingredients to Video’ to achieve similar characters, objects, and styles in Flow.

They can also select the starting and ending scenes using ‘Frames to Video,’ allowing for the creation of a seamless video.

Additionally, the model enables users to insert objects into a video clip and blend them with the existing style, as noted by Google.

Soon, users will also have the ability to remove objects from a video.

There’s an ‘Extend’ option available, allowing users to create longer videos, up to a minute or even more.
