Rohith expressed gratitude for the backing he received from his school and college (Sunshine, Velachery, and SSN) which made his journey to becoming a GM much smoother.

“There were moments when I felt the weight of not earning the Grandmaster title as fast as I hoped, since juggling academics and chess was quite a challenge. But the encouragement from The Sunshine School and SSN College kept me driven to succeed in both areas”, he mentioned.
