Marc Marquez showed once more that he’s the king of the track at MotorLand, as the Ducati rider took home the win at the Aragon Grand Prix from pole position, boosting his championship lead on Sunday.

His brother Alex secured second place for Gresini Racing, while Marc’s teammate Francesco Bagnaia rounded out the top three, making it a clean sweep for Ducati on the podium.

Last year, Marc had an incredible weekend, winning his first race in 1,043 days at the same venue, and he did it again this time, as the polesitter and sprint winner celebrated a record-extending seventh MotoGP victory at this track.

Marc totally dominated this weekend, becoming the first rider in a decade to lead every session warmups, practice, and qualifying just like he did at the German Grand Prix back in 2015.

“It was an incredible weekend. I led all the practices, kept my focus, just pure concentration”, Marquez said, now holding a 32-point lead over Alex in the championship.

The Marquez brothers even celebrated together, dancing arm-in-arm in front of the home crowd gathered in a special stand honoring Spain’s fastest brothers on two wheels.
